Beautiful Cry Baby

Today we went to the childrens doctor for a check-up. Usually Olivia is nice and calm when we go there, but today she had a right hissy fit. She just wouldn't stop crying. I could hardly hear what the midwife and Sofie were saying...in fact I don't think I heard a single word. All I could hear was the screaming. We were there for almost 15 minutes and she cried the whole time. And then she cried all the way home. For no apparent reason. It was so frustrating because we had done everything - fed her, burped her, changed her etc - and she still wouldn't stop crying.

But then minute we came home she stopped. Just like that. So who knows, maybe she was homesick. Haha. In fact, all of sudden she was in such a good mood that she agreed to participate in a little photoshoot. On Sofies stomach!

She is so beautiful it's ridiculous! I love heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer!!!

And to be honest, she doesn't have hissy fits that often. She's actually a quite a happy baby. And she sleeps at least 6 hours every night!

Hello strangers!

It's been a while since I blogged, so I thought it was about time that I posted something. And since this is a daddy blog I'm obviously gonna write about my little angel Olivia!

She is 1 month tomorrow. I can't believe it's been a month since she was born...time really has gone by quickly. Both my Mum and Dad have been here to visit...

Then we celebrated midsummer...

And now I'm off work for 4 weeks. Yay!!! It's going to be amazing. I look forward to spending time with Sofie and Olivia.

Olivia really is amazing. She sleeps through the night, she can already hold her head up...all in all she's a very happy, beautiful and incredible little person. I can't wait until she's a bit older though so I can interact more with her.

Another good thing with Olivia is that she's keeping me fit. She loves to be lifted in her babysitter and, believe you me, lifting her up and down in that thing is a really good work out! Haha. On thaht note...I'm gonna try and make a work out video in the next couple of days, so keep a look out for it!
